１．Dashboard Feature

The guild management system enables automated management and aggregation of core metrics for the guild, allowing for efficient guild operations with a focus on individual community member development and GameFi strategies. There are three types of dashboards available:

• Clan Member Dashboard: A dashboard designed for clan members who play GameFi. It allows them to track their daily earnings for each GameFi project.

• Guild Owner Dashboard: A dashboard designed specifically for guild owner partners. It provides insights into daily guild revenues and enables revenue forecasting, ensuring secure and transparent operations.

• Management Dashboard: The management dashboard handles operational tasks such as monitoring activity, checking status of managed NFT data, retrieving rental NFTs, and generating daily reports. It minimizes errors in managing the extensive daily transactions and enables streamlined operations.

  Due to the administrator dashboard, operations are carried out with minimal errors in

  handling the high volume of daily transactions. Additionally, the guild leverages an

  API-integrated Discord bot to facilitate mechanical communication required for guild

  operations, allowing for automation of daily reports.

２．Performance Tracking

The system is developed to maximize the capabilities of clan members. For instance, it can retrieve information such as today's gameplay status and progress in clearing stages, which can be automatically shared through Discord bots. This feature serves as a reliable management tool provided to clan leaders. With this functionality, clan leaders can easily track the daily performance of clan members, identify outstanding performers for future leadership roles, and nominate them accordingly. On the other hand, it enables actions such as providing GameFi strategy training to clan members who seek support and growth. We believe that this continuous PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle has been instrumental in the growth of SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM to its world-leading scale.
