About 20 years of experience in business development and corporate management as an entrepreneur. In recent years, he has also been active as an investor with a track record of investing mainly into venture companies. He has expertise in leading businesses to success in a variety of business categories, particularly in human resource-related businesses.

Entered the Web 3 industry in 2021, and has successfully launched and promoted several Web 3 projects in parallel.

Alongside Founder Sashida, Okawa has led various new business developments with a focus on HR-related ventures. With strong team-building skills, Okawa has been driving the launch of the GameFi Guild business "SAKURA GUILD GAMES," the first project of SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM (SUP) since 2021. Okawa has successfully grown the guild into one of the largest in the world, and within SUP, which aims to promote multi-projects, Okawa is involved in project advancement and management.

Matsuda established a taxi company in Japan and expanded the business from a few to several dozen vehicles before eventually selling it. Matsuda then founded BONITO Co., Ltd. and focused on B2C sales, managing a team of approximately 30 individuals. Within a few years of its establishment, the company grew to achieve annual revenues of a few hundreds million yen, reaching top industry standards in terms of average sales.

Subsequently, Matsuda joined SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM and achieved 1 billion yen in NFT sales within one year.

Iimura participated in a Japanese company as a key member of the IPO review process. As the head of the General Affairs Department, Matsuda primarily contributed to strengthening governance and compliance, ultimately leading to final approval in the review process. Iimura also handled various legal and negotiation matters in fields such as M&A, BPO, CVC, intellectual property, talent management, and in-house products/services.

Following that, Iimura joined SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM as CAO, undertaking the responsibility of managing contract-related tasks both domestically and internationally.

After joining Japan Kyoei Bank (currently Mizuho Bank), Okada gained valuable experience through assignments in locations such as London. Okada then went on to assume the role of Director and Head of Taxes at a German bank group, overseeing international tax operations. In 2005, Okada joined Square Enix and held various positions, including President (COO) of Square Enix, Inc. in the United States until 2007. Subsequently, Okada embarked on the founding of HLDLab Co., Ltd. Concurrently, Okada also served as a board member of the Japan Life Shift Association and as Vice Representative Director of the Facility Office Service Consortium (FOSC).

While enrolled in the Faculty of Science at the University of Tokyo in 2016, Jiro independently initiated the development of BCG. In 2018, he engaged in development activities at a web-based company. Concurrently, he conducted research on second-layer solutions as part of the Tokyo University Blockchain Course. Subsequently, Jiro assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Open Reach Tech Co., Ltd., where he focused on constructing blockchain solutions based on the Cosmos SDK. He is currently involved in multiple web3 projects as an advisor, including web3 game projects, actively contributing to their progress.

After graduating from university, Saito gained experience in organizational management, sales, planning, and human resources at a Japanese company. In 2013, he established United Maintenance Co., Ltd., where he focused on B2C sales and successfully grew the company to achieve an annual revenue of 500 million yen within two years. He then joined an IPO preparation company, where he took the lead in new business development, service design for in-house products, and planning and sales.

In 2022, Saito joined SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM and assumed the role of leading the Community Operations and Marketing departments. In October of the same year, he took on the position of Head of Community Lead, overseeing community management and operations.

At a Japanese IPO preparation company with a subsidiary in Singapore, Hitomi took charge of finance and accounting as the focal point, overseeing the establishment of infrastructure systems and operations for the entire management department. She was responsible for practical tasks related to taxation, finance, and corporate planning, as well as the management of the department. Serving as the Head of the IPO Preparation Office, she led the implementation of accounting and internal control measures, and assumed the role of the responsible party for examination, audit compliance, and ultimately obtaining final approval.

Subsequently, after gaining experience in business development planning across various fields, Hitomi joined SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM. In her current role, she is responsible for domestic and international taxation, accounting, and capital policy.

After graduating from high school, Zen interned at a marketing venture, making use of the communication skills he had cultivated through his time in Europe since the age of 12. While studying at a university in London, he opened an online English language school for the Japanese market and gained firsthand experience in sales and marketing. He was also involved in the preparation for the launch of the NFT project with colleagues from various countries, and later facilitated the expansion of prominent overseas DAO into the Japanese market.

In 2022, Zen joined Sakura United Platform, undertaking the multiple responsibilities of marketing, sales planning, and sales towards overseas GameFi, VC, and funds, and was appointed as Head of Global Sales in October of the same year.
